Pepi's comments: CU2C2 Member Survey

   I've flipped the order of Kevin's questions to be less confrontational
   about "why didn't you come?" and added Pippi's question. I've also made
   the survey questions regarding the last conference broader, to include
   previous conferences. I've added "or similar organization" so that "I'd
   prefer to start my own organization" is not the answer.

   "Lowe" should be replaced with the "Rowe." (Already done - Pepi)

Pippi's Comments: CU2C2 Member Survey

   Potential additional survey question:
   Are there services currently offered by CU2C2 that are particularly
   useful for your organization? (Added - Pepi)

Jon writes (via email to Pepi):

   I believe a Balance Sheet is more valuable than a Trial Balance.  I am
   not sure how to interpret it.  You can use a pro forma for 12/15/06
   although I am not sure why 12/15 versus 12/31 for both the projected
   income statement and balance sheet. (Added Balance Sheet.
   Added "Pro Forma." Kept 12/15/06. Kept Trial Balance. - Pepi)

   Minor issue, but in the notes, 'budgeted' is misspelled. (Fixed - Pepi)

Post-Approval Changes

Changes made to Business portion are based upon suggestions from Felicity Pickett. The resolution is made less prominant and is not the first sheet or a separate sheet; it is still included at the end of the minutes for the Annual Business Meeting of CU2C2. The memo from SUURCE is included right after the resolution in the minutes. The minutes from the conversation with Craig is removed. -- Pepi 1/23/07

Changes to the GA Services identifies the group rates for booths as a proposal for 2008 (since we are sending the packet out after the 2007 deadline for reservations). -- Pepi 1/23/07
