IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Much as we are looking forward to seeing your smiling face on December 26, DO NOT plan to arrive at Owaissa Bauer before noon! SWIM will be fined $50 per hour per person for anyone arriving before noon. And, of course, we’d have to pass that along to you! See you in the afternoon!

Reminder to Volunteer!     SWIM is an all volunteer planned, and operated institute. Staff are all volunteers, as are workshop leaders. And so are YOU! Your time volunteering helps keep SWIM costs as low as possible and also gives you the opportunity to contribute to our beloved Community. Each adult signs up for one:

1. Mealtimes: serving one meal and helping in the                                                                                kitchen or dining hall before, during and after meals.

2. 2.Serendipity: one night, serving, and clean up.
   

We hope you will take advantage of other opportunities to                                                volunteer. It's a great way to get to know people and to share your skills with SWIM.

SWIM Staff we need you to volunteer too, as well as carrying out your staff duties. Each staff member is asked to serve one shift at the Information Table.

SWIM WEAR~If you want a SWIM shirt, hoodie, etc. PLEASE order no later than December 18. It takes time to make that happen!

Outdoor Adventures Updates~

Some trips are full, or nearly full. We can take more people on those trips if they carpool. On SOAR we’ve added a carpool section for those trips, using a 4 digit trip number.

Workshop Updates

Earth Magik, 422, will be on the afternoon of Day 3 rather than Day 5.

Self Awareness through Tarot, 121 & 321, will meet only on Day 4.

New Community Day Workshop, Day 1, Tuesday, 2-4. All ages. Free. Hat Decorating. This is another self led workshop. We’ll provide a bunch of hats of varying description, lots of decorating type stuff, and supplies to help put the decorations on the hats. Then you’ll just have at it. Come up with a lovely/silly/crazy/fantastic creation for Community Day and maybe even the rest of the week!  

Let’s all wear funky hats for Community Day--bring one or decorate one!
